We are confident that your Oliver's Furniture order will go smoothly and you will love the product you have received. In the unlikely case that you wish to request a refund or there is a fault with your product, here's the next steps

Reporting a Damaged Item

In the event that your bed or furniture item is damaged, please take the following things into consideration:

  • Upon arrival, check the packaging or products for any tears, indents or crumpled areas which can often identify damage.

  • Confirm the condition of the furniture item before signing for it.

  • If damaged, please refuse the product and sign for as 'damaged' or 'wrong item sent' with the courier.

  • Take photographs of the damaged areas to assist with resolving the issue.

  • Notify customer service of damaged items within 24 hours of delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for damage after this time frame has passed.

  • Keep original packaging and please wait for our courier to book in the collection.



Missing Parts

There may be an unlikely event in which an item arrives with parts missing. If this is the case, please remember to:

Check that all boxes are present before signing for the item, and report any missing items to the courier.
Accept the given boxes/items and identify which boxes are missing
Contact customer services, stating the exact part which is missing to prepare prompt delivery.
Take photographs of any damaged items.
Do not attempt to assemble the bed or furniture item before you have confirmed you have all pieces required.

Items not Wanted

There is a 14 day returns policy on Oliver's goods. From the date, the customer is in receipt of the order.(Excluding made to order items).

However if your order is Made to Order. (This meaning you have ordered a recliner / suite which was on back order for 12 weeks, we can only guarantee a partial refund of 50%). As made to order are specifically designed around your requirements, this covers the container transport, plus customs fees getting your furniture into the UK / transported from the UK Warehouses.  

If you are assembling the furniture yourself, and items are damaged due to assembly, we cannot accept goods back in this state.


In addition, if the products have been used, we are also obligated to reject any claim of damages past the 24 hour period.


All non Made to order returns upon receipt, will receive the full payment of your item back into your account within 21 days. Oliver's will not be liable for any courier costs on delivery / returning the item, unless the item is faulty. In this case, we will only charge delivery costs for the first item, and not the replacement.

All goods have 1 year warranty, so if there is any mechanism faults or electrical issues upon receipt, up to 364 days, we can send a service engineer out to rectify this issue. This includes any damage caused by the carrier.
